      COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR BOARD MEETING Mayor’s Conference Room January 10,2012 MINUTES A regular meeting of the Community Development Agency Board of Directors was held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 3:30 PM in the Mayor’s conference room at City Hall. Those in attendance: Mayor Dayton King,Frank DeSantis, Eugene Reppenhagen, Steven Kirk,Rachel Frasier and Nick Zabawsky. Excused Absent: Kathie Rohrs  A motion was made by Steven Kirk and seconded by Eugene Reppenhagen to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. All in favor.  The rehab status report was presented. There were no projects completed during the previous month and 1 project out to bid.  The CDA program income report was presented for the month of December 2011. The account balance was $94,210.43 at the end of December 2011. Mag world is current on their payments.  The Grant Status report for the month of December 2011 was presented to the Board. HOME 2008 funds as of today had a zero balance and will be removed off the report. HOME 2009 fund has a balance of $78,504.25 which is all encumbered.     COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR BOARD MEETING Mayor’s Conference Room January 11, 2011 MINUTES A regular meeting of the Community Development Agency Board of Directors was held Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 3:30 PM in the Mayor’s conference room at City Hall. Those in attendance: Mayor Dayton King, Frank DeSantis, Steven Kirk, Eugene Reppenhagen, Rachel Frasier and Nick Zabawsky.  A motion was made by Eugene Reppenhagen and seconded by Steven Kirk to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. All in favor. The rehab status report was presented. There was 1 project completed during the previous month, and an additional 3 projects totaling 4 units are currently under construction. There are 3 projects that were out to bid. The CDA program income report was presented for the month of December 2010. The account balance was $63,752.51 at the end of December 2010. The revolving loan fund now has two bank accounts, one being a money market account with limited check writing and an account with unlimited check capacity. Neither account has a bank service charge.     COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR BOARD MEETING Mayor’s conference room at City Hall JULY 13, 2010 MINUTES A regular meeting of the Community Development Agency Board of Directors was held Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 3:30 PM in the Mayor’s conference room at City Hall. Those in attendance: Mayor Dayton King, Frank Desantis, Gene Reppenhagen, Kathie Rohrs, and Nick Zabawsky.  A motion was made by Gene Reppenhagen and seconded by Frank Desantis to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. All in favor.  The rehab status report was presented. No units were completed during the previous month, but 5 projects are currently under construction totaling 8 housing units. The Mayor inquired as to taking before and after pictures of CDA projects, and Nick Zabawsky indicated that this was being done.  The CDA program income report was presented for the months of May and June of 2010. The account balance was $112,311.33 at the end of June 2010. The increase was due primarily to the recapture of old grants to homeowners who sold their properties prior to expiration liens.
