Here's a rare look at a once Nathan Littauer Hospital as seen on what is now Littauer Place in Gloversville. Littauer Place was once called High Street. The two ladies seen in the image are identified as Miss Wemp and Miss Best. There was no date with the image. This image was developed last week as the result of a historic glass negative that we found on a shelf in the museum library. The slide was grouped together with several other rare images including another showing an 1899 visit to Fulton County by then NYS Governor Theodore Roosevelt (appearing soon).
